In a groundbreaking move for junior single-seater racing, the ROKiT British F4 Championship certified by FIA is set to make history in 2024. Not only will the series return to the full, 3.6-mile Silverstone Grand Prix layout, but it will also embark on its first overseas adventure, adding the Circuit Zandvoort to its calendar. This expansion marks the first time a Formula 4 championship will compete at the Netherlands GP track in the modern era of FIA F4, underscoring the
series' commitment to providing its drivers with an unparalleled learning platform.
Silverstone and Zandvoort: Tracks of Legends
The inclusion of both the Silverstone GP circuit and Zandvoort in the ROKiT British F4 Championship 2024 calendar is a thrilling development. These storied tracks, revered in motorsport history, will host the championship's drivers just weeks after their Formula 1® heroes, like Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, and Logan Sargeant – all British F4 alumni – grace the same tarmac. A Calendar Designed for Champions
The 2024 season maintains its ten-event structure, featuring 30 races. The championship continues its successful partnership with the British Touring Car Championship, hosting eight out of ten weekends alongside this prestigious series. This collaboration ensures the drivers and teams enjoy the unique atmosphere of racing in front of capacity crowds and the added exposure of live, free-to-air national television coverage.
A Season of Diverse Challenges
The championship kicks off at Donington Park on April 27th and 28th, followed by races every two weeks at iconic British circuits including Brands Hatch (Indy) and Snetterton (300). The first F1 GP track visit at Silverstone is set for mid-June, with the historic round at Zandvoort scheduled for mid-July. August brings the excitement to Knockhill, followed by a return to Donington Park on the Grand Prix layout. The season concludes with a finale at Brands Hatch in early October.
